Terms and Conditions

By placing your order, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions in which you are labeled as a customer entering into a binding agreement.

1. Order

1.1 When a customer places an order via the webshop, he or she makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

1.2 If a product or products cannot be delivered due to an error in the stock list or another unforeseen circumstance, Wallpizza reserves the right to cancel the delivery.

1.3 Wallpizza reserves the right to adjust or change the prices of its products. This also applies to prices that are incorrectly indicated at the time of ordering.

1.4 Should it happen that we are unable to deliver a product or products, the customer has the right to cancel the order or, if possible, to convert it into a back order. If the order is cancelled, the amount of the order will be refunded within 30 days.


2. Payment

2.1 Payment methods: Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal.

2.2 After payment e-mail with confirmation and details of the order.

2.3 For other types of payments such as bank transfers or questions, please contact service@wallpizza.com


3. Shipping and returns

3.1 We use PostNL for all orders within and outside the European Union (EU)

3.2 Track & Trace is used for all orders within the Netherlands. As soon as the tracking code is known to us, it will be passed on to the customer by e-mail.

3.3 Customers from outside the European Union (EU) do not pay VAT. This will be removed from the amount after confirmation of the billing address.

3.4 Wallpizza does not reimburse additional costs for shipping outside the European Union (EU), such as import tax.

3.5 Wallpizza is not responsible for any damage or incorrect delivery due to the carrier.


4. Delivery status

4.1 Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, the customer will be notified.

4.2. If the customer has indicated that he has opted for the track & trace option, the tracking code will be passed on as soon as it is known to us.

4.3 From the moment the order is delivered to the carrier, Wallpizza is not responsible for any delays or damage due to the actions of the carrier or third parties involved in the delivery of the ordered products.


5. Product Quality and Defects

5.1 Wallpizza wants to produce as responsibly and locally as possible. One of the ways to achieve this is by producing in small quantities at local companies in the area of ​​The Hague. As a result, there may be deviations in the placement or color tone of a print.

5.2 We use, among other things, mock-ups to properly visualize products. With additional photos we try to create the most accurate image of our products. If the ordered product(s) does not meet the description or the photos on our website, you can contact us via service@wallpizza.com .

5.3 As soon as we have received a defective or deviating product, we will check whether the claim is justified. If this is the case, we will send a new product and reimburse the shipping costs incurred.


6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Wallpizza products that have not been purchased through our webshop are not eligible to be exchanged or replaced. The same applies to straightening out price differences.

6.2 It is possible that the price of a Wallpizza product may differ per store where it is sold. Wallpizza gives guidelines with regard to the price, but the retailer has the right to give further details. No price reconciliations or adjustments will be made for any products listed on our site.

6.3 Products returned must meet our requirements. These must not have been used or damaged. In addition, the original packaging, labels, stickers and the like must be returned. If not, we will return it to the customer without a refund.

6.4 If you return something to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We advise you to choose shipping with track & trace. Wallpizza is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.


7. Exchange Policy

7.1. If you want to exchange the ordered product for another product, please contact service@wallpizza.com . This is possible up to 14 days after receipt.

7.2 All items purchased outside the sale can be exchanged once.

7.3 Products purchased in our webshop can only be exchanged through us.


8. Actions

8.1 All promotions that come from Wallpizza itself are, unless otherwise indicated, only valid in our webshop.

8.2 Independent promotions of retailers are not valid on the Wallpizza website. Unless this is in agreement and communicated through one of our channels (website, mailing, social media).

8.3 Discount codes will remain valid for a maximum of 2 months after launch. After this period has expired, no further claims can be made.

9. Use Content/Images

9.1 All content on our website and webshop, including logos, photos and videos, are the property of Wallpizza and the parties involved.
